Upload Your Instagram Data
Simply attach the ZIP file you requested from Instagram below.
How Does This Tool Work?
You have to simply get your Instagram data file from Instagram by following the below steps, then upload that zip file here, and this tool will analyze and show you the result.
Click on the hamburger icon at the top right
Then click on You activity button
Scroll down to bottom and you will see Download your information button click on that.
Now click on Download & transfer information.
Select your account and click on Next.
Choose the “Some of your information” option.
Again, scroll down select Followers, and following under Connection option.
Then click on the download to device option.
This is the last and most important step Choose the date range you want, then click on the format option and select JSON, and hit Create Files.
After 10-15mins you will get an mail from Instagram that your file is prepared click on the link and download your zip file and upload it above.
